The New Cuenca University Hospital has a total built area of 114,704 m² and a capacity of 498 beds. It includes 148 outpatient consultation rooms, 40 emergency bays, 11 radiology rooms, 12 general surgery operating theatres, and 4 outpatient operating theatres, in addition to an on-site car park with 1,000 spaces and a heliport.

From an architectural perspective, the hospital is organised around a four-storey shared base, from which four rectangular volumes arranged in a comb-like layout are developed. These structures rise from level 2 up to level 7, optimising the functionality and distribution of healthcare services. State-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technology.

The hospital features a comprehensive range of healthcare facilities, including 508 inpatient beds, of which 75% are for single occupancy, 16 operating theatres, 120 consultation and examination rooms, 44 emergency bays, 16 rehabilitation bays, 33 oncology day hospital stations, 24 nephrology and dialysis stations, 20 day hospital stations, 22 ICU beds, dedicated spaces for training and research, and a heliport with direct access to operating theatres, ICU and emergency departments.
