OHL Brazil successfully completes the issue of bonds that were made through their four concessionaires in the state of San Paulo (Brazil), for a total of 1,372 million Brazilian Reals (570 million Euros at the current exchange).
OHL has successfully completed the issue of €700 million of simple bonds, reaching maturity in 2015. The bonds will be issued at par value and will accrue a coupon of 7.375% annually, paid semi-annually.
