The complex is organized into two underground levels dedicated to parking and auxiliary services, and six above-ground floors entirely devoted to hospital use. The building includes specialized healthcare areas such as operating theatres, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), diagnostic imaging, emergency services, outpatient consultations and inpatient care, as well as specific units such as post-surgical recovery and outpatient surgery. In addition, it incorporates spaces for general services, including pharmacy, laboratory and physiotherapy, resulting in a comprehensive and fully equipped hospital.

The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology aimed at ensuring excellence in healthcare delivery, featuring 8 operating theatres and specialized units such as UCSI, URPA, ICU and day hospital facilities. Its diagnostic imaging area stands out, equipped with MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, remote-controlled systems, dental CT, mammography and densitometry. The inpatient area includes 64 rooms, 4 of which are isolation units. Furthermore, the project integrates sustainability criteria, including a photovoltaic installation consisting of 244 panels, as well as extensive parking facilities with 291 spaces for cars, 22 for motorcycles, 8 for electric vehicles and 168 for bicycles.

The hospital’s design meets strict criteria for accessibility and efficiency in the circulation of patients and healthcare professionals. The main lobby, located at the center of the building, acts as the main distribution hub for pedestrian flow, connecting the various access points with the public road and landscaped outdoor areas through a fully accessible pathway.
