With its 181-meter height and 36 floors, Torre Caleido, built by OHLA, is the seventh tallest building in Spain. It houses the Instituto de Empresa (IE), the first vertical university campus in the country, as well as a second horizontal structure at its base, with four floors and 20 meters in height, where the Quirónsalud Group operates an advanced medical center.
This urban complex spans 180,000 m² and features a T-shaped design. Its location in the northern area of Madrid, at the end of the Paseo de la Castellana on its eastern side, next to the Cuatro Torres Business Area, makes it one of the most strategic locations in the capital. It is popularly known as the “Fifth Tower.”
It also includes a large commercial and service area, offering a diverse mix of fashion, dining, and leisure options, as well as spaces dedicated to sports, art, and culture, in addition to green areas.
Furthermore, it is a fully sustainable project, designed with a focus on people’s well-being, and holds the prestigious LEED Gold and Core & Shell Gold certifications.
