


Our subsidiary, OHLA Building, Inc., served as construction manager on this $29.5 million project, a five-level, 123,595-square-foot, state-of-the-art mixed-use facility featuring a medical office building, retail spaces, and a 117-space parking garage.
The building complements the low-rise commercial character along Alton Road, while contributing to the contemporary context of the corridor. Most importantly, the design responds to the needs of the local community, serving as a retail and medical hub focused on health and wellness. Its mixed-use functionality enables the convenient integration of medical appointments, dining, and shopping in one single location.
All parking and service areas are located on the interior floors, maximizing accessibility to the active areas of the building, as well as the street, sidewalk, and rooftop garden. By linking street-level energy with internal activity, the development becomes a welcoming asset for the neighborhood, fully integrated into its community setting.
Located on one of Miami Beach’s most vibrant and popular streets, the facility brings essential services into the heart of the community. Notably, the project received the Sunshine State Safety Recognition Award.
